PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a failure suspicious part estimation apparatus capable of appropriately estimating a failure suspicious part even in an E2E service over multiple providers or a large-scaled E2E service.SOLUTION: A failure suspicious part estimation apparatus 100 comprises: a collection section 101 for collecting web page read time information relating to the time required for reading a web page in each of parts of a communication network 1, responsiveness information relating to responsiveness within a cloud network 4, and performance information of a web server device 70; and an estimation section 102 for estimating a failure suspicious part in the communication network 1 on the basis of the collected web page read time information, responsiveness information and performance information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
