PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat pump control device effective for improving user's comfort.SOLUTION: A heat pump control device (10a) controls a heat pump-type heating device (5a) in which hot water is circulated between a heat exchanger (30) for exchanging heat between a refrigerant of a heat pump (20) and water, and an indoor heater (32). The heat pump control device (10a) includes an indoor temperature input portion (13), an inflow water temperature input portion (14), an outflow hot water temperature input portion (15), a memorizing portion (12) and a control portion (11). The memorizing portion (12) memorizes information on indoor temperature, information on inflow water temperature, and information on outflow hot water temperature. The control portion (11) sets a higher target outflow hot water temperature in accordance with increase of the difference obtained by subtracting the inflow water temperature from the outflow hot water temperature by using the information on inflow water temperature and the information on outflow hot water temperature memorized in the memorizing portion (12), when the information on indoor temperature is not input to the indoor temperature input portion (13).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
