PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve impulse resistance in the case where impulse from the outside is applied.SOLUTION: A coil unit comprises: a power transmission coil 340 for performing wireless power transmission with an opposing coil; and a mold resin 310 for encapsulating the power transmission coil 340. The mold resin 310 includes an internal space 350 between a surface of the mold resin 310 at a side where the power transmission is performed by the power transmission coil 340, and the power transmission coil 340. The internal space 350 includes a portion overlapped with the power transmission coil 340 in a view in a direction where the power transmission coil 340 opposes the coil.
