PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle sleep-averting device capable of satisfactorily waking up a sleepiness of a driver.SOLUTION: The on-vehicle sleep-averting device for waking sleepiness of a driver on a vehicle includes: a sleepiness determination section that determines if the driver feels sleepiness based on a state of at least one of the vehicle and the driver; a voice input request section that, when the sleepiness determination section determines that the driver feels sleepiness, requests the driver to input a voice in a dialog manner; and an input content registration section that registers the content of the input via voice in an information center which is connected to the on-vehicle sleep-averting device via a network.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
