PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a robot control device capable of reducing influence on a robot resulting from an emergency stop.SOLUTION: A robot control device 4 includes a load detection part 41 for detecting a load of a motor 3 for driving respective joint shafts of a robot 2, a speed detection part 42 for detecting shaft speeds in the respective joint shafts of the robot 2, a stop cause specification part 43 for specifying the occurrence cause of an emergency stop when the robot 2 undergoes the emergency stop, and a record part 44 for mutually associating the occurrence cause of the emergency stop with the load or the shaft speeds of the motor 3 to record them. Further, the robot control device 4 may include a display part 45 for displaying information showing an occurrence state of the emergency stop of the robot 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
