PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow for stable operation of a power conditioner even when receiving a suppression instruction for instructing a smaller output control rate from the system side.;SOLUTION: An output controller includes communication means for communicating with multiple power conditioners, respectively. reception means receiving a suppression instruction for instructing power generation amount from a host device, means for selecting a power conditioner to be operated, among the multiple power conditioners, when the ratio of the suppression instruction received from the host device deviates from a predetermined range, control means for controlling so that power does not flow from a power conditioner not selected to the system side, and correction means for correcting the suppression instruction of the selected power conditioner, based on the output power that can be outputted entirely by the multiple power conditioners.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
