Texaphyrin-platinum (IV) conjugates and compositions for use in overcoming platinum resistance

The present disclosure relates to a conjugate comprising platinum (IV) and texaphyrin linked, and a composition comprising texaphyrin and a platinum (IV) agent. The present disclosure also provides a pharmaceutical composition of the conjugate and the composition. Also provided herein are methods of using the present compounds in the treatment of cancers such as platinum resistant cancer.
