PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a kit for cast molding, having a sufficient hardening rate even when reducing a used amount of sulfuric acid, capable of manufacturing a high-hardness cast; and to provide a sand composition for cast molding, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: There are provided a kit for cast molding containing component (A), component (B) and component (C), and a sand composition for cast molding which is a mixture of the component (A), the component (B), the component (C) and component (D), and a manufacturing method thereof; component (A): magnesium sulfate or ammonium sulfate; component (B): an acid hardener; component (C) a binder containing furfuryl alcohol; component (D): a fire-resistant granular material.SELECTED DRAWING: None
