PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem for example, conventionally, when a motor vehicle having doors is submerged, since strong hydraulic pressure is applied to a door, so that a passenger cannot open the door and is drowned.MEANS FOR SOLVING THE PROBLEM: The invention is configured so that, when a motor vehicle is submerged, by only gripping a handle, and pulling out a rubber plug, for detaching the rubber plug, for making water flow into a motor vehicle, according to the operation, hydraulic pressure applied to the doors is reduced suddenly, so that the passenger can escape in safety. The rubber plug is also attached to a rear part in the motor vehicle, so that, a fellow passenger can pull out the rubber plug, therefore a large amount of water flows into the motor vehicle, so that all passengers can escape in safety.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
