PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily solve anxiety at a place where a user has gone, without requiring a complicated operation to a user.;SOLUTION: A memorandum device 1 comprises: a check item display part 3 for displaying respective check items which should be subjected to confirmation processing, so as to be taken a look at; a confirmation result notification part 2 for inputting confirmation results to the check items of the check item display part 3, and notifying of the input confirmation results; a reset part for switching the confirmation processing to the plural check items to an unexecuted state, and resetting the confirmation result notification part 2 to an unexecuted state; a time information notification part 4 for notifying of time information indicating start of the confirmation processing to the plural check items; a coordination control part for making reset performed by the reset part and the time information notification part 4 coordinate, and causing the reset part to execute reset when the time information indicating start of the confirmation processing is input to the time information notification part 4; and a batch lock part 5 for temporarily fixing the respective confirmation results input to the respective check items in a batch.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
