PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a labor management system, a labor management method and a labor management program making it possible to understand the relationship between results of a health checkup or a stress check and the attendance situation or personnel affairs.SOLUTION: At least one of an attendance item group and a personnel affair item group is a first item group, and at least one of a health checkup item group and a stress check item group is a second item group. Data which shows the result of each first item constituting the first item group and shows the result of each first item of an employee as a history is a first data, and data which shows the result of each second item constituting the second item group and shows the result of each second item of an employee as a history is a second data. An output control unit 14 is provided which outputs results of specified items as a graph aligning positions of results of the specified items on a temporal axis among the specified items with the use of data stored by storage units 21-27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
