PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely grasp the execution of an unsteady program by using not only the log of a file operation but also information on the start of a process.SOLUTION: A log extraction system 1 includes: a terminal 10; a log management device 20; and a management terminal 30. The log management device receives a log 12 from a terminal, and stores log information including a process start log indicating a start event of a process of the terminal and a file operation log indicating an operation event of a file in a log storage part 23. A log extraction part 22 receives a trace key set by a trace key setting part 32 of a management terminal, and extracts the process start log or file operation log related to the trace key as a search condition that is a starting point of trace as a trace log, and extracts the process start log or file operation log related to the trace log as the trace log.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
