PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diet therapy with essential nutrients for carbohydrate restriction to meet the demands of completion of preventive medicine to carry out search for causes, treatment methods, and prevention education, thereby treating 20 million people who are likely to be get diabetic, which is referred to as the Japanese national disease.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a diet therapy with essential nutrients for carbohydrate restriction as the "treatment method" because, as the result of the "search for causes", there is a cause of malnutrition in polished rice.
