PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjustment jig of a stereoscopic observation apparatus in which deviatio of an optical axis and the like can be corrected with simple configuration, without complicating the workability.SOLUTION: An adjustment jig 7 is constituted to include a frame 40 that is mounted removably for a mirror body 10 having an imaging optical system 20l for left eye and an imaging optical system 20r for right eye in which the optical axes are set to image the same observation object from different view points, and the focal position can be changed to a plurality of different focal distances l, respectively, and indices 41a, 42a held on the frame 40 at positions corresponding, respectively, to more than one specific focal distances l of the imaging optical system 20l for left eye and imaging optical system 20r for right eye.
