PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser defense system capable of defensing an attack from a laser weapon.;SOLUTION: A laser defense system 1 includes a laser irradiation device 10, a control device configured to determine a target position T to be irradiated with a laser beam B, and a direction adjustment device configured to adjust an irradiation direction of the laser beam B. The control device determines a position between a threat object 200 and a defense object 100 as the position target T. The laser irradiation device 10 irradiates the target position T with the laser beam B based on an instruction from the control device.
