PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supersonic molecular jet spectroscopic analysis device allowing for easy alignment of the irradiation position of a laser beam to a supersonic molecular jet.;SOLUTION: The supersonic molecular jet spectroscopic analysis device includes a sample introduction part 10, a vacuum chamber 20, a laser source 30, a target 40, and an analysis part 50. The sample introduction part 10 has a nozzle hole 11 for ejecting sample gas. The vacuum chamber 20 has a connection hole 21 for connecting the sample introduction part 10, and a vacuum window 22 through which a laser beam is introduced. The laser source 30 emits a laser beam through the vacuum window 22 of the vacuum chamber 20 into the vacuum chamber 20. The target 40 is arranged in the vicinity of the nozzle hole 11 of the sample introduction part 10, and is at least used for making an irradiation position of the laser beam coincide with a direction intersecting an axis of the nozzle hole 11 of the sample introduction part 10.
