PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery object monitoring device, a delivery object monitoring system and a delivery object monitoring program which can notify abnormality in an object to be delivered.SOLUTION: A delivery object monitoring device 10 includes a first acquisition unit 14, a second acquisition unit 16 and a monitor control unit 20. The first acquisition unit 14 repeatedly acquires identification information correlated to an object to be delivered via a wireless communication device that communicates with a wireless communication tag given to the object to be delivered stored in a storage unit of a mobile body. A second acquisition unit 16 acquires information indicating that the object to be delivered has been taken out from the storage unit, from a terminal device used by a deliverer. The monitor control unit 20 outputs a notification of notifying abnormality in the object to be delivered, when the identification information acquired by the first acquisition unit 14 is reduced and the information indicating that the object to be delivered has been taken out is not acquired from the terminal device by the second acquisition unit 16.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
