PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To integrate statistical analysis and analysis using a mathematical model in change prediction of an organism mob when an environment condition is changed, improve likelihood and objectivity in selection of the mathematical model, for achieving more proper and rational prediction.SOLUTION: The invention is configured to extract an important environmental factor in a changed environmental condition, then both of statistical analysis suitable for disclosing an appearance range for every species in the environmental condition and analysis using a mathematical model suitable for predicting quantitative change of an organism response when the environmental condition is changed, are integrated. A change prediction device of a hydrosphere organism mob structure comprises: assisting means for assisting so that a human being interprets a statistical analysis result using an analysis result analyzed by statistical analysis means and experimental data related to physiologic characteristics; and change prediction calculation means for calculating change prediction using a determination result which is interpreted by a human being using an output of the assisting means and the mathematical model selected by a human being.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
