CONTROL METHOD OF INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH SUPERCHARGER, AND INTERNAL COMBUSTION ENGINE WITH SUPERCHARGER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize assist air supply timing to a supercharger, improve an allowable momentary load input, and suppress black smoke generation.SOLUTION: A control method of an internal combustion engine with a supercharger starts assist air supply to a supercharger by an engine start command or load input command; executes a command at timing when a rotational speed increment per minute time unit of the supercharger with assist air is a predetermined value or less; and then stops assist air supply. Also the control method performs fuel rack control for limiting increment of a fuel injection amount to a predetermined range amount between execution of the command and stop of assist air supply. The control method properly increases combustion air taken in to a combustion chamber, increases an amount of perfectly combustible fuel, can accurately improve an allowable momentary load input, and can suppress black smoke generation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
