PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply planning device capable of creating an optimum vehicle movement plan and power transfer plan.SOLUTION: The power supply planning device comprises: a vehicle information management unit 14 that acquires and stores current position information of the vehicle and stored power amount information as vehicle information; a facility information management unit 15 that acquires and manages, as facility information, information on a facility capable of charging the vehicle and a facility where the electric power of the vehicle is desired to be used; a route information management unit 16 that acquires and manages, as route information, information on the travel route between each facility, the electric power amount necessary for moving the vehicle and the necessary travel time; a vehicle movement plan creation unit 17 that creates a movement plan of the vehicle to each facility using the information in these management units; and an electric power transfer plan creating unit 18 that creates a power charging plan of the storage battery of the vehicle and a power supply plan.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
