In order to integrate the factors related to power supply planning with complex power structure and evaluate the planning schemes objectively, comprehensive evaluation indices and method for power supply planning with complex power structure are proposed, revealing the deficiencies of the power system in an effective way. Firstly, based on the comprehensive evaluation requirement of power supply planning with complex power structure, an index system for evaluation including reliability, safety, high efficiency, flexibility, cleanliness and economy is established. Secondly, the improved analytical hierarchy process is used to calculate the evaluation content and the weight of each index. The results of index are normalized. Finally, evaluation of the planning schemes is obtained by the calculation results and the comprehensive evaluation indices. Typical application examples show that the proposed method can be used to evaluate the power supply planning schemes with complex power structure intuitively and quantitatively, providing reference for the development of energy system.
