PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that obtains relative positional relation and calculated distance between devices deployed nationwide.SOLUTION: A main server 10 comprises: a UI 3 for outputting distance between network devices; a positional information management unit 5 for managing information indicating IP addresses and installation places of a plurality of network devices; a first delay measuring unit 9 for transmitting pulse signals to two non-main servers 101 and the network devices to measure delay; a calculation processing unit 7 that calculates positional coordinates of the network devices and distance between the network devices using the positional coordinates on the basis of measured delay and delay measured by the non-main servers; and a main server communication unit 11. The non-main servers 101 each comprise a delay measuring unit 109 and a non-main server communication unit 111.
