PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information for comparing consumers having similar attribute for the amount of used power.;SOLUTION: A device for providing the amount of used average power includes: acquisition means for acquiring attribute information for indicating an attribute of a consumer who receives supply of power; feature amount calculation means for calculating the amount of feature of a consumer as the amount of feature of attribute information of a consumer, based on attribute information acquired by the acquisition means and the amount of feature predetermined according to the attribute; attribute classification means for classifying a consumer to a predetermined cluster, based on the amount of feature of the consumer; means for acquiring the amount of used power for acquiring the amount of power used by a consumer; means for calculating the amount of average power for calculating an average for each cluster of the amount of power used by a consumer classified to a cluster, based on the cluster and the amount of power used by the consumer; and means for providing the amount of average used power for providing a consumer with information for indicating the average of power used by the consumer calculated for each cluster.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
