PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preventive maintenance management system that monitors preventive maintenance data, thereby can precisely figure out the grace time until components reach the end of their usefulness, and can create an appropriate maintenance plan on the basis of it.SOLUTION: A preventive maintenance management system 10 comprises: a cell 16 including machines 12a-12c and machine controllers 14a-14c; a cell controller 18 configured to be able to communicate with each machine controller; and an upper-level computer 20 configured to be able to communicate with the cell controller 18. The cell controller 18 comprises: an analysis unit 26 for detecting deterioration of components on the basis of monitored preventive maintenance data and calculating the grace time of the component on the basis of the preventive maintenance data; and a notification unit 28 for notifying the upper-level computer 20 of the calculated grace period together with a warning. The upper-level computer 20 comprises a maintenance planning unit 36 for creating or updating a maintenance plan on the basis of the reported grace time upon receiving the warning from the cell controller 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
