PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monolithic foundation formwork and a foundation formwork connection structure in which labor taken for assembly work in a construction site can be saved, sufficient strength and anti-termite properties are provided while the handling is easy with light-weight, and contribution to underfloor thermal insulation is made possible.SOLUTION: A monolithic foundation formwork is integrally formed so that both ends of metal separators are embedded in the inside of a formwork plate by the formwork plate comprising a pair of synthetic resin foam arranged in parallel at regular intervals and one or more metal separators for connecting both formwork plates. The monolithic foundation formwork has fitting recesses opened in the upper surface of the formwork plate in the vertical direction, and multiple fitting protrusions fit in the fitting recesses of the formwork plate adjacent to a lower surface of the formwork plate. The monolithic foundation formwork includes positioning protrusions at one side end face of the formwork plate in the longitudinal direction, and recesses fit in the positioning protrusions of an adjacent formwork plate at the other side end face. The monolithic foundation formwork can be connected in series in the lateral direction at the positioning irregularities, and also can be connected in the vertical direction at the fitting irregularities.
