PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a cleaning chamber against biohazard countermeasure to be installed even if a floor surface of a building to which the chamber is built has a low load resistance.SOLUTION: A cleaning chamber 2 against biohazard countermeasure comprises: defining walls 11 forming an inner space S inside a clean room 1 with a ceiling 1a and a floor 1b; a work table 12 installed in the inner space; a supplying HEPA filter 26 for supplying cleaning air into the inner space; a circulation passage and air blowing means for circulating air in the inner space discharged out of a discharging port to the supplying HEPA filter; a discharging HEPA filter 27 for cleaning and discharging the air in the circulation passage; and pressure control means for adjusting a discharging amount flowed out of the discharging HEPA filter to set the inner space to negative pressure. The defining walls are arranged from the ceiling of the clean room to the floor surface and then at least any one of the defining walls, supplying HEPA filter, air blowing means and discharging HEPA filter is supported by the structure on the ceiling side of the clean room.
