PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the distribution source of advertisement to be appropriately chosen.SOLUTION: An advertisement distribution managing device is equipped with a reception unit and a determination unit. The reception unit receives requests for advertisement distribution. The determination unit determines a distribution source performing advertisement distribution to a request from multiple distribution sources, out of first assessed values which are assessed values of advertisements likely to be distributed in response to requests by the multiple distribution sources including a conditional distribution source which is a distribution source bound by conditions regarding advertisement distribution, according to a first assessed value regarding the conditional distribution source and a second assessed value calculated on the basis of the first assessed value and first assessed values regarding other distribution sources.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
