PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information registration and search system capable of performing content search while reflecting personal preferences.SOLUTION: A smart phone (20) includes: an information association section (242) that associates a piece of content with impression information which represents an impression of a viewer when he/she viewed the content and is set by the viewer who viewed the content; and a record processing section (243) that executes a registration process to register the impression information associated with the content so as to be associated with the content.
