PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric module for converting an electric signal from an electronic substrate into an optical signal propagating a free space, or for converting reversely.;SOLUTION: A photoelectric module includes an electronic substrate functioning as an interface with an electronic application substrate, an electronic control component suitable for controlling a photoelectric component, attached directly onto the electronic substrate and connected electrically with an electronic circuit, a photoelectric component suitable for transmitting and receiving an optical signal via the upper surface thereof, attached directly to the top of electronic control component and connected electrically with an electronic component, an optical device suitable for transmitting an optical signal, and a laminate with an optical device support and attached directly onto the electronic substrate, preferably by bonding or brazing so as to guarantee mechanical arrangement between the optical device and photoelectric component.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
