How to compare and display the effects of treatment events

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical decision-making support database for decision-making such as the conclusive diagnosis of a name of a disease, the selection of an act of treatment, the confirmation of an effect of treatment, and the selection of inspection items.SOLUTION: The medical decision-making support database includes: an inspection diagnostic performance table for managing an AUC (Area Under the Curve) and optimal cutoff value by using a disease name code and an inspection code as a main key; and a diagnostic characteristic table for managing a positive likelihood ratio or a negative likelihood ratio by using the disease name code, the inspection code and a cutoff value as a main key, and for performing multi-level subordination to the inspection diagnostic performance table for each cutoff value. The medical decision-making support database is characterized in that the inspection diagnostic performance table and the diagnostic characteristic table are obtained by performing ROC (Receiver Operating Characteristic) analysis to all the combinations of the disease name codes recorded in a medical history table and inspection results recorded in an inspection result table.
