PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing sterilized liquid eggs that has a linkage degree close to that of unsterilized liquid eggs, and to provide sterilized liquid eggs.SOLUTION: The sterilized liquid egg manufacturing method includes: an egg breaking step for breaking eggs with shells; a whole liquid egg making step for mixing egg yolks and egg whites to make whole liquid eggs; a heating step for heating the whole liquid eggs to a predetermined temperature; a holding step for holding the whole liquid eggs at a predetermined temperature condition and time condition; and a sterilization step for sterilizing the whole liquid eggs under a temperature of 60°C or more and less than 64°C. The sterilization step is by way of Joule heating, and the holding step is made possible to carry out the sterilization continuously by carrying out the heating and the holding alternately using a plural number of batch-type tanks.
