PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polyethylene-based resin foamed particles which, even when used for a molded article having portions of different thicknesses, enables production of a polyethylene-based resin in-mold foam-molded article having little dimensional shrinkage after molding and a beautiful surface.SOLUTION: Provided are polyethylene-based resin foamed particles containing a cell nucleating agent, an aliphatic acid ester of a polyhydric alcohol, and a hydrophilic compound in specific proportions relative to a base resin, and having a particle weight of a specific range. By using the particles, there can be manufactured a polyethylene-based resin in-mold foam-molded article having the above characteristics.
