PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently convert wind power energy into electric energy within a range in which generator stator revolution speed does not become excessively large, in a high wind velocity region that exceeds rating wind velocity of a wind power generator.SOLUTION: In an output control device for a wind power generator: turbine blade pitch angle control means 93, which controls a turbine blade angle of a wind power turbine, controls the turbine blade pitch angle on the basis of a deviation between a turbine revolution speed S1 of the wind power turbine and a turbine revolution speed target value S92 according to output power; generator power control means 92, which controls the output power of the generator by controlling an excitation current thereof, controls the excitation current on the basis of a deviation between the turbine revolution speed S1 and a turbine revolution speed target value S92 having a limit value; and pitch angle correcting means 94 is provided for changing a turbine blade pitch angle S93 set by the turbine blade pitch angle control means, according to the wind velocity.
