PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate setting of power generation output schedule to secure desired power generation output even when a wind turbine generator fails or the same restarts.SOLUTION: Wind turbine generators #1 to #10 are grouped, and a server device 100 sets a power generation output schedule for each of wind turbine generator groups. An information communication control terminal provided for each of the wind turbine generators is capable of master/slave setting to have one of the information communication control terminals within one group serve as a master and the others as slaves, and master/slave switching. The information communication control terminal obtains power generation output schedule control information for the wind turbine generator to which that terminal belongs as set by the server device and power generation output schedule control information of each of the wind turbine generators to which the other terminals belong, and the current master performs control of sharing the power generation output of wind turbine generators in the group, and control of sharing in response to a failure and a restart of a wind turbine generator in the group.
