PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a merchandise management system, the reuse method of a radio tag, and a program capable of achieving the individual management of merchandise and the reuse of an RFID tag.SOLUTION: A radio tag 22 includes: a storage element 22a for storing at least serial numbers for performing the individual management of merchandise and merchandise individual numbers for managing the attributes of the merchandise; and a bar code 22b on which the serial numbers are printed, and the merchandise individual numbers stored in the storage element are rewritable. Since the merchandise individual numbers stored in the storage element owned by the radio tag are rewritable, only the merchandise individual numbers stored in the storage element of the radio tag are rewritten in accordance with the attributes of the merchandise so that both the individual management of the merchandise and the reuse of the radio tag can be established.
