PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic game medium providing system, an electronic game medium providing method, and a computer program that enable users to effectively circulate among a plurality of game machines.SOLUTION: An electronic game medium providing system according to one aspect of the present invention includes: a correlation information acquisition part for acquiring correlation information indicating a correlation of a plurality of game machines; an attribute information acquisition part for acquiring attribute information about the plurality of game machines that can be associated with the electronic game medium; an attribute selection part for selecting an attribute about other game machines related to one game machine as at least one attribute to be included in the electronic game medium to be provided in one game machine among the plurality of game machines, on the basis of the correlation information acquired in the correlation information acquisition part and the attribute information acquired in the attribute information acquisition part; and an electronic game medium providing part for providing the electronic game medium having the attribute selected in the attribute selection part to users in one game machine.
