PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide compositions for enhancing or increasing muscles and improving metabolic syndrome, as well as improving QOL.;SOLUTION: In order to solve the above-mentioned subject, the present invention provides compositions containing triterpene and polyphenols, preferably oleanolic acid and oleuropein; as well as pharmaceutical compositions, foods, and the like containing the composition.
