PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for water-based coating, which drastically improves weatherability without decreasing contamination resistance and film appearances such as glossiness and without using a complex production method.;SOLUTION: There is provided a resin composition for water-based coating comprising (A) a water-soluble and/or water-dispersible resin, (B) an organosilane represented by general formula (1): Si(R²)_n(OR¹)_4-n and/or a hydrolytic condensate thereof [wherein, R¹ is the same or different and 1-4C alkyl; R² is the same or different and a 2-8C (substituted) organic group; and n=1 or 2], and (C) a curing catalyst promoting hydrolysis/condensation reaction of alkoxysilyl.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
