The present invention provides a concentrated winding type permanent magnet motor, an elevator tractor and an elevator provided with same, wherein the motor is lower in noise while being prevented from getting larger in size or getting heavier in weight. The concentrated winding type permanent magnet motor comprises a stator (10) and a rotor (20). The stator (10) comprises a stator iron core (1) and a centralized winding coil (7). The stator iron core (1) comprises stator teeth (2) engaged with a back magnet yoke (3). The centralized winding coil (7) is wound onto the stator teeth (2). The rotor (20) is provided with a permanent magnet (12) fixed onto a rotor iron core (11). The permanent magnet (12) is opposite to a stator (10) while being separated at a specified gap. The stator teeth (2) and the back magnet yoke (3) are separately formed members. Meanwhile, the generally Y-shaped stator teeth (2) are engaged with the generally Y-shaped engaging recess (3a) of the back magnetic yoke (3) are engaged to form the integral stator iron core.
