PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inlet guide vane capable of efficiently flowing air in with a simple form, and a centrifugal compressor.SOLUTION: An inlet guide vane arranged on the upstream side of an impeller of a flow passage of a centrifugal compressor, has a plate part arranged in the flow passage, and a turning part for turning the plate part with an axis along a radial direction of a rotational shaft of the centrifugal compressor as a rotational axis. The plate part has a bent part provided at a tip on the upstream side of the flow passage and inclined to the other portion, on a cross section orthogonal to the rotational axis of the turning part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
