PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon nanotube array transfer method and a carbon nanotube structure production method.SOLUTION: The carbon nanotube array transfer method comprises: a first step for providing a substitute substrate, a growth substrate and a spacing unit, and forming a carbon nanotube array on the surface of the growth substrate, and in which the form of the carbon nanotube array can ensure the continuous drawing out of the carbon nanotube structure from the carbon nanotube array and the carbon nanotube structure comprises a plurality of carbon nanotubes whose ends are connected; and a second step for transferring the carbon nanotube array from the growth substrate to the substitute substrate and in which the form of the carbon nanotube array transferred to the substitute substrate can ensure the continuous drawing out of the carbon nanotube structure from the carbon nanotube array.
