PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device, a terminal, and a program with which it is possible to calculate a correction value for correcting the atmospheric pressure value of the atmospheric pressure sensor of a portable terminal when a user possessing the portable terminal is on the ground surface.SOLUTION: The management device has: reference atmospheric pressure value acquisition means for acquiring a reference atmospheric pressure value based on a sea level altitude from an internal or external database; ground surface determination means for determining, on the basis of the distribution of atmospheric pressure values using the reference atmospheric pressure value as a point of reference, whether or not terminal position information lies on the ground surface; altitude value acquisition means for acquiring, when determined true, an altitude value relative to the terminal position information from the internal or external database; ideal atmospheric pressure value calculation means for calculating an ideal atmospheric pressure value based on the altitude value using the reference atmospheric pressure value as a point of reference; and atmospheric pressure correction value calculation means for calculating an atmospheric pressure correction value that is a difference between the atmospheric pressure value received from the terminal and the ideal atmospheric pressure value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
