According to various embodiments, the transaction may be based at least in part on the order price and fill rate determined for the order provider. In some embodiments, orders listed at a given price in the order book may be ordered in order of decreasing fill rate, whereby orders associated with a high fill rate (or a high probability of responding) are: Overrides orders associated with low fill rates. In some embodiments, the order book may be ordered based in part on the response time from the order provider. For example, orders listed in an order book may be ordered according to an algorithm that prioritizes orders with high fill rate and short response time over orders with low fill rate and long response time. The order book ordering algorithm may take into account the order quantity and the interdependencies and duplication of order quantities.
