PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation management system capable of improving convenience in operation management by using a taxi meter.SOLUTION: In an operation management system, when a crew makes a taxi vehicle get into/out of a garage in accordance with the operation management of the taxi vehicle, a taxi meter inputs a voice uttered by the crew from a microphone. A cloud server performs voiceprint authentication processing to the voice input from the taxi meter via an external display unit to acquire voiceprint information. The cloud server compares the voice data of the voiceprint information with voice data registered in a crew voice database to simultaneously perform the confirmation of the crew and the determination of his or her health status.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
