Silicone oil filling method and apparatus

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To resolve some problems found in the prior art silicone oil filling method that bubbles of dissolved gas remain in a filled container when silicone oil is vacuum replaced in the filled container caused by occurrence of reduction in pressure at a location where a flow speed is generated in a filling nozzle due to work under vacuum and a reduction in pressure caused by occurrence of potential energy if a head drop occurs between the filling nozzle and the filled container.SOLUTION: A vacuum tank having an airtight deaeration tank/filled container internally contacted therewith and a filling gun are constituted in series. With this arrangement as above, silicone oil of high quality can always be filled in an accurate and high precise manner without making bubbles of dissolved gas that could not be deaerated at the time of filling under deaeration, decompression, forced feeding, filling and adjustment steps and it is possible to have a surplus adjustment of prevention of dissolved gas bubble formation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
