PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garden stuff packing bag and a garden stuff packing body, easy in automatic packing and bag-making, without causing dew condensation, without withering a garden stuff, without generating wrinkles, excellent in transparency, and excellent in an outward appearance.SOLUTION: The garden stuff packing bag is constituted of a synthetic resin film, and the synthetic resin film has a heat seal layer having a thickness of 0.5 m-10 m on a surface of becoming the garden stuff side when packing the garden stuff, and steam permeability is 35 g/m.day (40°C.90%RH)-120 g/m.day(40°C.90%RH), and a contact angle of water in the surface of becoming the garden stuff side is 0°-60° when packing the garden stuff.
