PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair member allowing a deteriorated or damaged existing pipeline to be preferably repaired, and an underground drainage facility with the repair member.SOLUTION: A repair member 1 is a member inserted into an existing pipe line 60 for repairing the existing pipeline 60. The repair member 1 includes: a cylindrical body 10; a flexible seal member 20 arranged along a circumference of an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical body 10 and projecting outward from the cylindrical body 10 in the radial direction; and a bearing member 30 located adjacent to the seal member 20, projecting outward from the cylindrical body 10 in the radial direction, its projecting length being shorter than the projecting length of the seal member 20, and supporting the seal member 20 when the seal member 20 is bent in the axial direction of the cylindrical body 10.
