PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coordinate correction device, a coordinate correction program, and a coordinate correction method, for solving a conventional problem, which can perform coordinate correction by coordinate correction parameters that correctly represent displacement of an actual place, and furthermore, can acquire the coordinate correction parameters at an arbitrary place even if there is no landmark that clearly indicates before and after change.SOLUTION: A coordinate correction device is configured to use two terrain models captured at different timing on the basis of three-dimensional space information such as a DSM (Digital Surface Model) or a DEM (Digital Elevation Model) and compare the two terrain models by imaging their topographical amounts. The device comprises coordinate input means, terrain model storage means, parameter calculation means, and coordinate correction means.
