PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snowstorm diffusing member capable of preventing diffusion characteristics from being changed with time due to snow sticking to a surface, while preventing snow from sticking to the surface in an environmental test that simulates snowstorm having desired diffusion characteristics, and a method of adjusting the snowstorm.SOLUTION: A diffusing member for a snowstorm simulated with snow carried by an air current is provided with a diffusion surface 74 arranged opposite an outlet 102 for discharging snow along a traveling direction of the air current, at a predetermined position outside the outlet and forward in the traveling direction of the air current. The diffusion surface is formed of an anti-sticking material so as to have anti-sticking properties against snow and/or in a conical shape having a top formed toward the outlet 102. A distance between the outlet 102 and the diffusion surface is variable. The snowstorm discharged from the outlet 102 and carried by the air current in the traveling direction is guided along the diffusion surface, to be diffused in all directions of the diffusion surface, while attaining desired diffusion characteristics.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
