PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid fine particle centrifugal separator where solid-liquid separation efficiency to sludge including solid fine particles is improved and continuous solid-liquid separation can be performed and to provide a solid-liquid separation method using the same.SOLUTION: A solid fine particle centrifugal separator comprises: a centrifugal separation chamber 110 providing a space mounting a centrifugal separation cylinder; the centrifugal separation cylinder 120 being rotated by a driving means and centrifugally separating sludge to solid matter and liquid matter; a solid matter removal blade 141 in a solid matter removal unit locating at the inside of the centrifugal separation cylinder 120 and adhering on the inside wall of the centrifugal separation cylinder 120 when rotating the centrifugal separation cylinder 120 in a state being in contact with the inside wall of the centrifugal separation cylinder 120; and a solid-liquid separation cylinder 130 providing a space separating and recovering the solid matter and the liquid matter separated by the centrifugal separation cylinder 120.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
